       Qmobile NOIR A8 VS NOIR A10

About a few days ago, Qmobile launched its all new Noir A10 in the markets. The smart phone is pretty much similar to its predecessor Noir A8. Although we were expecting a little more from Qmobile this time as it was releasing good phones every month but this time it did not come up to our expectations. A little advancement than A8 should have been a good choice. But what can we say , it totally depends upon Qmobile. Some of the main differences b/w Noir A8 and Noir A10 are as following:-

Size and Display:-

Noir A8 had a 4.3 inches WVGA screen (http://techinfors.blogspot.com/2012/11/noir-a8-best-android-phone-in-pakistan.html ) While the Noir A10 has its main attraction which is its 5 inches IPS LCD screen which is FWVGA and which has 16 M colors. Which is far better than Noir A8.

Processor and Memory:-

There is no change observed in the processor as well as the memory.

Both have a 1 GHZ dual core processor whose chipset is MTK6577.

The memory of both the phones is also same . Both have 4 GB of internal memory out of which only 2 GB is user friendly , both have a 512 MB ram and support SD card upto 32 GB.

OS and Connectivity:-

Both the phones have android 4.0.4 ( ice cream sandwich ) , Although the version of Noir A8 is upgrade able while that of Noir A10 is not yet confirmed.

Both the phones have For connectivity it has Bluetooth v 3.0 with A2Dp , WLAN ( Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot ) , GPRS class 12 ( 48 kbps ) , EDGE class 12.

But one major attraction of Noir A10 is that it has 3G which will also be available in paistan from 2013.

Camera and Battery:-

There is also a big difference in camera of both the phones. The rear camera of Noir A8 is 5 MP with a smart front camera for video calling. While the new Noir A 10 has a 8 MP auto focus camera , which is able to shoot video at HD quality. It also has geo tagging which A8 did not possess.

The battery of both the phones is similar which is 5h on talk time and about 350 h on stand by.

My Opinion:-

 As A10 is the new model so i surely will recommend you this smart phone. It is a little better than A8 and this kind of phone cannot be found in only 18,000pkr. But if you are low on budget as I am than you can surely go for A8 which is also a spectacular phone by Qmobile.
